Our Philosophy
Redempta believes that a house should feel like a home because “Home is truly where the heart is”. It is our purpose and honor to service the community of the developmentally disabled. We will promote the independence, integrity, and dignity of each person served. Redempta is the preferred home by families because we offer a lifestyle and atmosphere promoted by peace, tranquility and the acceptance of individual’s differences. Providing integrated and holistic services to a special group of people is the main purpose for the existence of this organization.
Our Objectives

To establish a CILA based on a social model that promises the dignity, individuality, privacy, independence and autonomy of the individuals served

To provide for the health, safety and welfare of the individuals served in our CILA

To promote continuous quality improvements in assisted living

To provide and promote services that are an important part of the continuum of mental health care with supportive services designed to meet the individual needs and preferences of the person served

To provide a residential environment designed to encourage family and community involvement

To provide services either directly or indirectly that help individuals obtain and maintain their independence

To keep open lines of communication with neighbors and surrounding businesses to ensure successful integration of individuals to the community
